I love the customer service. Desmond was fast and efficient. He did a great job and was very polite. He will be the first person I call for any maintenance issues I may have in the future. I definitely recommend his company.

We needed a emergency service on a
Saturday evening. There was no hesitation.
Desmond arrived promptly and solved our
problem in a very professional manner. We will be using his service in the future for some major work because we are very impressed with the service.

I had major water leakage coming from my living room ceiling and also raining in my basement. The cause was my living room radiator needed a new vavle. Desmond came 9 pm at night to the rescue, stopped the water leakage and changed the valve. Don't know what I would have done without him especially that time at night. Very professional and efficient. Quite impressed. Will definitely use Premier Maintenance again and refer to my friends.

Desmond and his team did an amazing job cleaning our house. It needed a thorough clear, and they made sure that not even a speck of dust was missed. We would highly recommend them.
